The verdict states that the man raped a minor child in his home in Landskrona last year.

The rape was filmed with a mobile phone and on the film material the plaintiff explicitly states that he is under 15 years old.

He must also on three occasions between 2017-2020 have raped a person who is judged to have been in a particularly vulnerable situation due to a developmental disorder.

A third person must then have been present and filmed the rapes, but this person has not been identified in the investigation.

130 hours of film seized

In the summer of 2016, the man is said to have had contact with two minor children via the communication service Kik, where he persuaded them to pose sexually for him and perform various sexual acts on themselves and each other.

He is also said to have filmed the abuse and the police have found a large amount of child pornographic material on his computer, including almost 130 hours of filmed material.

Lund District Court now convicts the man against his denial of several counts of rape, rape of a child, aggravated child pornography offense and sexual harassment.

He is sentenced to five and a half years in prison.
