During the football season, Tomas Öhman is in the clubhouse at Höganäs sports center almost every day.

There he washes, presents clothes to the players before their training sessions and matches, and arranges balls and cones.

- I am the first man here and the last to go, he says.

Has been materialist for 20 years

Tomas Öhman's love for Höganäs BK began as early as 1975 when he started playing football at the age of seven.

As a 16-year-old, he stopped playing and instead became a youth leader.

Now he is the club's materials manager - something he has been for 20 years.

- The club means everything to me.

I would never be able to go to another club, he says.

Has been awarded a prize

Tomas Öhman has now been awarded an award, Wasilioff's memory, for his involvement in the club.

- I was not prepared for this.

It's great fun and I feel honored, he says.

Filip Wasilioff was Höganäs BK's first chairman when the club was formed in 1913. The award was established in 2013 and goes to people who have made extraordinary contributions for a long time for the club.

- Tomas is invaluable to Höganäs BK.

He is always here and prepares for matches and so on.

It is such a housewife that everyone wants, says Bengt Thorn, club chairman.
