While containment has been in force for more than a week, the number of TER trains has fallen sharply in Pays-de-la-Loire.
They are currently circulating at only 40% of their usual capacity, says the regional council, manager of the network.
From Thursday, the Pays de la Loire region will therefore adapt traffic by eliminating trains during off-peak hours.
Usual traffic will only be maintained during peak hours, between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., to allow users to make journeys mainly home-work.
Regarding school transport, no changes.
The Aleop lines are maintained.
They circulate normally to allow students to go to school, college or high school.
The coach lines have not changed either, with frequentation remaining strong (80%).
