“The Ministry of Health of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, together with senior officials (heads of the highest executive bodies of state power) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, to take measures to provide, free of charge, patients with coronavirus infection (COVID-19) receiving medical care on an outpatient basis with drugs purchased from in accordance with clause 1 of this list of instructions, "the instruction also says.
The deadline for the report is November 20.
Earlier, Putin proposed increasing hospital benefits for parents of children under seven.
