Protesters burst into the Armenian government building

TASS and Interfax also reported that protesters against the decision to end the war in Karabakh broke into the government building.

Earlier it became known that the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a joint statement on a ceasefire in Karabakh. 

According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the ceasefire in the region begins on November 10 at 00:00 Moscow time.
