His previous convictions have not brought him to his senses.

Friday, a 41-year-old man was sentenced to fourteen months in prison, including eight months closed, before the criminal court of Lyon for a whole series of traffic offenses.

When the police arrested him last week in L'Arbresle (Rhône) at the wheel of an Audi A3, the man was driving alcohol, without insurance and without a driving license.

A license that he failed to get twenty-one years ago, reports

Le Progrès,

without giving up driving.

Identity theft

Since 2008, in fact, the accused has already been arrested and sentenced five times for driving without a license, in a state of intoxication or under the influence of narcotics.

In 2013, the man even caused unintentional injuries while driving.

Another offense that did not help his case, Friday, during his immediate appearance, the man has three times usurped the identity of one of his former friends during his arrest by the police.

The defendant, a separated father, whose loneliness was highlighted at the hearing to explain his addiction to alcohol, should serve his sentence under an electronic bracelet.
