According to him, in the first nine months of 2020, “just over 650 extremist crimes” were registered, which is almost a third more than in the same period last year.
In August, Medvedev, speaking about the level of crime during the pandemic, also noted that "against the background of a difficult socio-economic situation, network extremism has become a significant danger."
