Landslide victory in Luleå's referendum - but low turnout

21,488 voted against the Social Democrats' proposal, which in turn received 1,756 votes.

Now it is up to the politicians if they are to take into account the advisory referendum.

The final result is expected no later than Wednesday 11 November.

Of the municipality's total of 63,041 eligible voters, 24,017 voted (38%).
