“A criminal case has been initiated against a local resident, born in 1963, suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art.

238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life or health of consumers, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence), ”the department said.

According to updated data, five people were injured in the fire and were hospitalized; the bodies of four more people were also found on the spot.
