China News Service, Toronto, November 6. A Chinese woman in Montreal, Canada, recently fortunately won 70 million Canadian dollars (about 355 million yuan) lottery prize.

And this is her first time buying lottery tickets.

The woman named Shu Ping Li (Shu Ping Li) saw in the news that a lucky person had won 70 million Canadian dollars with the Quebec Lotto jackpot and decided to buy 10 lottery tickets herself.

A few days before the draw day on October 9, she went to a convenience store near her home to buy a lottery ticket.

Having lived there for 12 years, she and her husband have only visited this convenience store twice in the past.

At the press conference held on November 6, Li Shuping said that after learning that he had won the grand prize, it took a few days to "digest" the good news and put the lottery in the drawer for a period of time before deciding to claim the prize.

In response to the need for epidemic prevention, the gaming company arranged a robot to deliver the check to Li Shuping at the press conference.

This is the second time in the gaming history of Quebec that such a huge prize has been offered.

In February of this year, a family of eight also won the same amount of grand prize.

Prior to this, in March 2016, a Chinese woman living in Mississauga, west of Toronto, won the $64 million lottery prize alone.
