WHO: It is too early to say whether the mutation of the mink new crown pneumonia virus will affect the vaccine

On November 6, local time, the Danish Radio and Television (DR) reported that the World Health Organization discussed the mutation of the Danish mink new crown pneumonia virus during a press conference earlier on the 6th. The mutant virus was called "cluster 5."

According to the World Health Organization, it is still too early to say that this mutant virus will affect the upcoming new crown pneumonia vaccine.

"I don't think we can conclude whether this mutated virus will affect the vaccine." WHO chief researcher Soumya Swaminathan (Soumya Swaminathan) said, "We currently have no evidence."

So far, 12 Danes have been diagnosed with this new coronavirus mutation.
