Dubai Traffic records 14.8 thousand Corona violations
Dubai Police, represented by the General Traffic Department, recorded 14,831 violations of precautionary measures to prevent Coronavirus (Covid-19), since the beginning of the pandemic.
The violations were not wearing the muzzle in private and public transportation, not observing the precautionary measures when transporting exempt workers between the Emirates (violation of the capacity), and not taking into account the spacing distance inside the vehicles.
It also issued 11,936 warning warnings.
The Director of the Department, Brigadier General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, stressed that Dubai Police continue to monitor violators of the preventive measures and precautionary measures approved by the Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai in the face of the pandemic, stressing the application of the fines contained in the schedule of violations and administrative penalties on violators.
