Support bill for “medical care children” The outline of the bipartisan parliamentary federation November 4, 4:18

In order to support children who need medical care such as sputum aspiration and ventilator, has summarized the outline of the bill that includes the necessary measures.

"Medical care children" who have intractable diseases or disabilities and need sputum aspiration or artificial respiration on a daily basis may be asked to be accompanied by a guardian when they go to school or may be taken care of at a nursery school. It means that there are many.

To support such children and their families, a bipartisan parliamentary federation, including Acting Secretary-General Seiko Noda of the Liberal Democratic Party and Arai, the former Minister of National Strategy of the Constitutional Democratic Party, has put together the outline of the bill.

The bill places the basic philosophy of being able to receive appropriate support regardless of where children and families live, and requires the national and local governments to take necessary measures.

In addition, we are requesting the placement of nurses and care workers so that care such as sucking can be done without the attendance of a guardian at a school or nursery school.

The Parliamentary Union is urging each party to agree with the bill.
