"Finance Minister Israel Katz will go into quarantine after the coronavirus was detected in the security guard who accompanied him this Sunday," RIA Novosti quoted his adviser Zina Roitman as saying.
She noted that the minister feels well and will stay in self-isolation for a week and a half.
Katz will continue to work from home.
Earlier, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev switched to remote work due to contact with an infected coronavirus.
