Investigation for apologizing for terrorism against two Strasbourg college students

A few incidents occurred Monday in schools in France during the tribute to the murdered professor Samuel Paty.

According to the Strasbourg prosecutor's office, an investigation for apologizing for terrorism targeting two 12-year-old college students has been opened.

It is entrusted to the interregional direction of the judicial police (DIPJ) of Strasbourg and to the departmental direction of public security (DDSP) of Bas-Rhin.The two students are educated in public colleges in the Strasbourg agglomeration, specified the Strasbourg prosecutor's office, confirming information from the

Other incidents

The facts were tightened during the exchanges surrounding the minute of silence.

The two teenagers would have made remarks suggesting that they justified the assassination of the professor, confirmed the prosecution.

In addition, two other incidents were also reported to justice, this time concerning children aged 8 and 9, and attending primary schools in Bas-Rhin.

A "social assessment by the services of the department" was ordered, said the Strasbourg prosecutor.
