On Monday, the police received a call from a man who smelled strong cannabis in a stairwell in Västerås.
When a police patrol entered one of the apartments at the address, in addition to a small cannabis farm, a small amount of doping substances was also found.
While the police were on site, the apartment owner also came home and he was taken for a body search.
He is now suspected of drug offenses, doping offenses and drug driving.
