The Paris Stock Exchange finished sharply up 2.11% on Monday, a rebound driven by the growth of industrial activity in the world, which made us forget the uncertainties linked to the US presidential election.

The CAC 40 index climbed 96.90 points to end the session at 4,691.14 points.

The previous week, it had slipped 6.4% due to fears related to reconfinements in Europe.
