Tom Ray cranks down the box in Texas.

He has just voted early.

- Trump.

I voted for Trump.

I feel that this is our last chance to stick to the principles of this country, he says.

A few hours earlier, we met Anita Gray, who took her daughter Laylah on this year's women's march.

"If he stays we will move"

I ask the ten-year-old why she's there.

- Because many believe that blacks are not as good as whites in this country, she says.

I notice her mother crying and asking why.

She says she has never heard her daughter say those words before.

- If he stays, we'll move.

I can not raise my daughter in a country that teaches her that she is less worthy.

This country is heading in the wrong direction.

We travel on, to Tucson, Arizona.

Thousands of Trump supporters chant "USA, USA, USA".

They are as afraid as Anita Gray of where the country is going - if President Trump is voted out, that is.

- I think all our freedoms are in danger, says Amanda Garland.

"The country is so divided"

A United States under President Biden thinks she's going to be like Venezuela.

She believes that the roots of carrying weapons will be removed, just like religious freedom.

- He wants a socialist society where everyone is equally unhappy.

Three hours north of Tucson, Prescott, farmer Ashlee Mortimer has plowed a message into one of the family's cornfields.

From above you see the American flag, an eagle, and the text "we stand with America".

- This country is so divided, she says.

- The two candidates are so far apart that everything that is said becomes opposites.

"The soul of the United States is in danger"

From Arizona, we roll into Nevada, to a Las Vegas where the message repeats itself.

- It would be so devastating for the soul of this country, says Democrat Olivia Ruiz.

And from Las Vegas we fly to Washington DC.

A month-long journey in a divided United States is coming to an end.

Our last interview before the election will be with Andrea Lafferty.

For 48 consecutive days, at the request of God, she has been praying outside the White House.

- The United States needs my prayers, she says.

I ask what is at stake.

- I think the soul of the United States is in danger.

Can it be saved?

- Absolutely, she answers and smiles.

- My god can raise the dead.

He can solve this.
