Several tanks and cars of the Civil Guard have taken this morning the center of the capital for the recording of a series by the film director Alejandro Amenábar.
The presence of the military vehicles has led to
calls from several people to the Police
to ask if the Army had entered Madrid in relation to the pandemic.
From 07.00 hours in the surroundings of El Retiro Army tanks and SUVs have been seen along with cars from the Armed Institute driven by Civil Guard agents.
It was about the filming of the new series
La Fortuna
de Movistar directed by Alejandro Amenábar
.
La Fortuna was
born as an international production with a cast led by Spanish actors Álvaro Mel and Ana Polvorosa and incorporates renowned faces from North American cinema and fiction such as Stanley Tucci and Clarke Peters.
Karra Elejalde, Manolo Solo, Blanca Portillo or Pedro Casablanc, among others, complete the artistic team.
The series, inspired by the graphic novel
El tesoro del Cisne Negro
by Paco Roca and Guillermo Corral, tells the story of Álex Ventura, a young and inexperienced diplomat who is turned, without intending to, into the leader of a mission that will test all his convictions: recover the underwater treasure stolen by Frank Wild,
an adventurer who travels the world looting the common heritage of the depths of the sea.
