On October 29, the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ilham Aliyev, held telephone talks, during which they discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

As noted in the Kremlin, the involvement of any country in the settlement of the situation in Karabakh must be coordinated with Armenia and Azerbaijan.
