Miguel Bosé and Nacho Palau: this has been their 26 years of secret relationship
About to be celebrated on Halloween night,
Nacho Palau
has been scared into his body in advance.
When two weeks ago he had to see
Miguel Bosé
(64)
in court in Madrid
to prove and resolve the parentage of his four children, Palau hoped that this story would have a happy ending.
However, it has not been like that.
At least for now.
Palau has published today Saturday through his Instagram account an official statement from his family law firm,
Ortolá Dinnibier
, which reads as follows: "At the request of Mr. Ignacio Palau, and in relation to the dispute he maintains with Mr. Miguel Bosé, we report the resolution passed in the first judicial instance ":
The judgment has resolved to
reject the main filiation claims
and to uphold the subsidiary claim to establish a visitation regime for the children of Mr. Ignacio Palau and Mr. Miguel Bosé among themselves and with their respective parents.
Regarding the main filiation actions, the sentence, despite considering that the possession of the state concurs and that the shared purpose of Mr. Ignacio and Mr. Miguel to have children to found a single family in which the children they would be siblings and both would be parents, he understands that
our current legal system does not allow the declaration of affiliation requested to be formally made
.
"Mr. Ignacio Palau continues to trust that justice will be done to all his children and for this he is preparing to file an appeal against said sentence";
the statement continues.
The singer's former partner, with whom he had a 26-year relationship, has not made any oral or written comments, but it
is known that he will appeal the sentence
because it is considered that, for the good of the four children, the filiation would be a of the best solutions.
For now,
Telmo
and
Yvo
continue to live humbly in
Chelva
(Valencia), in the house of their paternal grandmother, where Palau breaks his back to raise his children, while
Tadeo
and
Diego
reside in Mexico City with Bosé , where they have a high standard of living.
When Palau separated from Bosé two years ago, the problems began related to the four children they had had through a surrogate.
After the breakup, the economic gap between the two men was obviously abysmal.
Nacho works in a sausage factory and also in a geriatric residence to make ends meet, while Bosé, who is undoubtedly one of the best artists in the history of Spanish music, has a frenetic pace of luxury thanks to his work and to the lineage of the Dominguín-Bosé.
The beautiful dream of starting a family with children disappeared.
Gone is that famous headline that Bosé starred in 2014 in
Shangay
magazine
when he stated: "I don't have 2 children, but 4."
A statement that showed what Nacho Palau has tried to prove since they got involved in this legal mess.
For now, children are allowed to spend time together, but not as siblings.
