"A difficult situation, especially in Simferopol, where there are quite large restrictions on water consumption," RIA Novosti quoted Khusnullin as saying.

He expressed the hope that, perhaps, the weather will help and the situation will become easier.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the government has prepared a set of additional measures.

Earlier, in the Belogorsk region of Crimea, the construction of a water conduit with a length of about 19 km began to provide Simferopol with drinking water.
