Because of the "game of Peggy" .. Two Egyptian children were killed under the wheels of a train
Two children were killed in the Egyptian governorate of Ismailia, under the wheels of a train car, due to their preoccupation with the game "PUBG", and they wore headphones while sitting on the railroad tracks, which caused them to not hear the sound of the train as it approached them.
According to several Egyptian media outlets, including Al-Youm Al-Sabea, Al-Shorouk and Al-Watan, the Ismailia Security Directorate received a notification from the Emergency Police Department stating that a train collided with two children while they were on the train strip at Izbat Askar, the Abu Suwayer district.
Security forces and ambulances moved to the scene of the accident, and it was found that “Yusef M.A.” (12 years old) and “Ibrahim M.A.” (13 years old) were killed.
Security investigations stated that the two children were busy playing a game of Peggy and they sat on the railway bar while wearing headphones, and this caused them not to hear the sound of the train while it was approaching them, and they were killed as a result of their injuries.
The necessary report of the incident was drawn up, and the Egyptian Public Prosecution Office was notified to take the necessary measures. The bodies of the two children were transferred to a hospital refrigerator in preparation for obtaining a permit for their burial.
It is noteworthy that at the end of last September, a 12-year-old child named "MSS" died of cardiac arrest while playing "PUBG" in his home in the Egyptian governorate of Port Said.
Several Egyptian newspapers reported that the child arrived at a hospital in Port Said via an ambulance, and the initial examination revealed that the child had died of cardiac arrest, and the child's family decided that they found him lying on the ground without movement, with his mobile phone open to the “PUBG” game.
About a week after the Port Said accident, a child got rid of his life by hanging in his bedroom in the Egyptian Governorate of Sharkia, because of his family's river of him and his demand not to increase the game "PUBG" and leave it.
