    All businesses are encouraged to do everything they can to prevent congestion.

    Necessary visits such as in grocery stores and pharmacies can be made.

  • Refrain from participating in, for example, meetings, concerts, performances, sports training, matches and competitions.

    Training for children and young people born in 2005 or later is an exception.

    Everyone, regardless of age, is advised against arranging or participating in sports competitions and cups where many meet.

  • Work from home as far as possible.

    Postpone business trips, conferences, and other physical meetings.

  • Refrain from participating in larger social contexts such as dinners, parties, funerals, baptisms, parties and weddings.

The decision is valid for three weeks from October 29.

Uppsala

  • Avoid traveling by public transport or other public transport.

  • If possible, avoid having physical contact with people other than those you live with.

  • Discouragement from arranging or participating in parties or similar social gatherings.

  • The tightened general guidelines also include various activities such as shops, sports facilities and workplaces.
