From the beginning of the week, the Q & A session will begin in earnest at the budget committees of both houses of the Diet at 4:49 on October 31.

Until the 30th, the Diet held a representative question on Prime Minister Suga's statement of belief, and discussed measures against the new coronavirus and the government's response to the Science Council of Japan.

From the beginning of the week, questions will be held at the budget committees of both houses of the Diet, and the debate is expected to begin in earnest.

In the Diet, representative questions of each party were asked for Prime Minister Suga's statement of belief for three days until the 30th, and greenhouse gas emissions as a whole were zero by 2050, including measures against the new coronavirus and economic recovery. There was a debate over the government's policy of aiming to become a member and the failure to appoint six member candidates recommended by the Science Council of Japan.

Regarding the first parliamentary response after Prime Minister Suga took office, the ruling party commented that he answered "practically and politely", while the opposition party said that it was "Science Council of Japan". Some criticize the question, saying, "I am repeating incoherent answers."

Prime Minister Suga and all ministers will attend the Q & A session at the House of Representatives Budget Committee from November 2nd and the House of Councilors Budget Committee from November 5th.

In addition to the issues in the representative question, future diplomatic policies based on the US presidential election to be held next week are expected to be themes, and the debate is expected to begin in earnest.
