"Zelensky's bill on the dissolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has signs of a constitutional coup in the country," TASS quoted him as saying.
He noted that the draft law, which has signs of a constitutional coup in Ukraine, was “riveted overnight”.
“I declare this responsibly, because this is a violation of Article 149 of the Constitution of Ukraine,” added Tupitsky.
Earlier it was reported that Zelensky introduced a bill to parliament, which proposes to deprive the judges of the Constitutional Court of their powers and restore the law on declaration that they had canceled.
A protest action is taking place in Kiev near the building of the Constitutional Court.
