Travel to exercise or walk your animal will be possible for "one hour maximum" and within "a radius of one kilometer from the home".

"Sports halls and gymnasiums will be closed and outdoor team sports banned."

It will not be possible "to travel within the national territory, including from a main residence to a secondary residence", added the Prime Minister, specifying that "a fixed fine of 135 euros will be applied in the event of no compliance with confinement ".

Additional authorizations are planned in relation to the confinement of March "to accompany a child to school or to pick him up to go to a public service or to an operator providing a public service mission", he added.

In addition, permanent certificates may be issued by employers and schools.

A reinforced health protocol at school
