In his address, the deputy noted that against the background of an increase in cases of coronavirus detection, the regions were forced to partially return to restrictive measures.

Some of the employees were transferred to remote work, elderly people were advised to stay at home and reduce their activity.

At the same time, observing restrictive measures and reducing personal contacts, citizens are more actively using online tools for financial transactions.

For example, paying payments for renting housing, providing financial assistance to friends and family.

At the same time, they are now forced to pay the commissions provided by banks for transfers.

"In this regard, I ask you, together with representatives of the banking community, to consider the possibility of zeroing commissions for bank transfers between individuals during periods of restrictions both within one bank and for online transfers between two banks," the text of the appeal says.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Vasily Vlasov proposed to make a zero VAT rate on products ordered remotely during the period of restrictions due to coronavirus.
