VARELA / 20 MINUTES

The Loire-Atlantique gendarmerie sends them a "red card".

A mother and her husband were arrested, in turn, last Saturday for excessive speeding near the town of Plessé, north of Nantes.

The first to be checked is a 28-year-old driver, caught in the act at 132 km / h instead of 70 km / h.

She was traveling with her two children (2 and 3 years old) on board.

To the gendarmes, she spontaneously confessed that she did not have a driving license because she had failed her Highway Code exam on several occasions.

This did not prevent him from driving daily to get to work.

Rebelote with her husband

Her car having been immobilized, the offender called her husband to come and collect her and the children.

But the latter, old in turn, was undoubtedly in too much of a hurry: it was in turn checked, on the same road, at a speed of 114 km / h instead of 70 km / h.

"The consequences could have been dramatic if these cars had hit a wild animal as can happen on this axis", deplores the Loire-Atlantique gendarmerie.
