Dubai Health determines working hours in its health facilities during the Prophet’s birthday holiday

The Dubai Health Authority announced today, the working hours and hours in its hospitals and health centers, during the Prophet’s birthday holiday, which falls on Thursday.

In a circular, the authority instructed the executives of the authority’s sectors and hospitals to set the shift schedules and the “ON CALL” system in accordance with the work requirements to ensure the continuation of work around the clock for each of them.

The Dubai Health Care Corporation, affiliated to the authority, announced that work will be around the clock in Nad Al Hamar Health Center, Al Barsha Health Center, Al Khawaneej Health Center and a doctor service for every citizen, while the rest of the primary health care centers will be closed, and work will resume next Sunday, the first of November. Work will also be around the clock in all emergency departments in the authority’s hospitals, "Rashid, Dubai, Latifa and Hatta", while the specialized clinics in these hospitals will be closed except for the Family Medicine Clinic at Hatta Hospital, which will work in two periods from eight in the morning until one in the afternoon, and from the hour Four in the evening until nine in the evening.

The Dubai Health Care Corporation announced that the Dubai Blood Donation Center and all medical fitness centers and specialized health care centers will be closed during the birthday of the Prophet, with the exception of the Dubai Fertility Center, which will operate from 7:30 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon.
