Adulterated alcohol kills 30 people in Costa Rica

Thirty people poisoned with methanol died after consuming adulterated alcohol in a popular neighborhood in the Costa Rican capital, San Jose.

According to the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, out of 65 people poisoned with methanol as a result of consuming adulterated alcohol, 30 died, including 27 men and 3 women.
