The State Duma adopted amendments to the draft on foreign accounts of Security Council members

The initiative was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The project was introduced as part of the implementation of the adopted amendments to the Constitution.

On October 14, the Russian president submitted to the State Duma a bill on the status, structure and powers of the State Council of Russia.
