The Dubai Police General Command, in cooperation with ENOC Group, launched the third phase of the “On Your Path” initiative, which is concerned with issuing reports of minor traffic accidents in record time, according to the Assistant Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Criminal Investigation Affairs, Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, who confirmed that the initiative, Which is implemented through the Board of Directors of Police Stations has achieved great success, and in its last phase 100 petrol stations joined, bringing the number of stations to 112, and more than 250 employees have been trained to provide these services.

Al-Mansoori said that the initiative aims to provide a distinguished service to make customers happy, through the speedy completion of the requirements for obtaining a traffic report for a minor traffic accident, maintaining traffic flow, and strengthening partnership and cooperation with the private sector in providing services, and it comes within a package of initiatives adopted by the leadership to support The initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to reduce the number of service center auditors, to completely turn into centers without auditors.

He added that the participation of 112 stations in the initiative provides service to the largest possible number of individuals, and facilitates them when they need to issue reports of minor traffic accidents, without the need to go to police stations, which contributes to reducing the time and effort of individuals and the police alike.

For his part, the Director of the Rashidiya Center, Brigadier General Saeed Hamad bin Sulaiman, stated that 100 stations participated in the third phase of the initiative, bringing the number of stations included in the initiative to 112 stations to facilitate the process of issuing minor accident reports to the public, indicating that the initiative complements the Dubai Police’s application to Smart phones, taking into account the category of those who do not carry smart phones, or those who do not deal with modern technologies, or some cultures of nationalities that insist on issuing the report from the police station.

He added that the results of the initiative showed the effectiveness of the initiative, in terms of reducing the number of auditors, reducing waiting time, influencing the time of services provided at the center, strengthening partnership ties between the center and the ENOC Group, to implement the best standards for customer service, and implementing the Dubai Police strategy to speed up transactions and reduce time Waiting for auditors to police stations.

He added that the idea came in 2015, when it was noticed that 82% of the reports received by the center were minor traffic accidents, and the auditors wait for the arrival of the patrol, which takes 20-25 minutes, and planning the accident takes about another 24 minutes, which results in a traffic crisis and disruption of users The Road.

Bin Sulaiman explained that the first phase of the initiative witnessed the training of 18 employees, while the second phase witnessed the training of 40 employees, and the third phase trained more than 250, stressing that the Dubai Police General Command, under the directives of the Commander in Chief, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, harnessed all its capabilities to ensure the provision of services Innovative and qualitative, meeting the expectations of the public.
