- It is possible to do it.

Working to reduce sickness rates

What could the municipality have done for mistakes that make you need to sign severance pay?

- I can not see that we have done anything wrong, but on the other hand you can always think about what you can do in the future.

There is a learning in this as well.

Among other things, the municipality has worked actively to reduce sickness rates, which has been a major cause of several severance pay.

- Today we work much more promotionally and preventively with occupational health care now than we did before.
