Pressed Dick under a duffel bag
It was in the autumn of 2018 that the carer at the group home put a sack bag over Dick Nord, who has a disability, and sat on it.
He pressed his knee against Dick's chest so he could not get out.
In the district court's view, it is obvious that the carer has lost his composure and in a serious way acted in violation of the working methods that existed regarding how Dick Nord should be treated.
