The Pakistani authorities summoned, Monday, October 26, the French ambassador to Pakistan the day after the remarks of the Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan who accused France of having carried out an "attack against Islam".

A spokesman for Pakistani diplomacy confirmed this summons to Reuters and issued a statement that "Pakistan condemns the systematic Islamophobic campaign carried out under the pretext of defending freedom of expression."

The Head of State presented on October 23 in Mureaux (Yvelines) a plan to fight against "radical Islamism", which will involve the drafting of a bill for those who want to "deny the laws of the Republic "in the name of religion.

This plan of struggle has been interpreted as an attack carried out against Muslims by several countries, some of which have launched a campaign to boycott French products denounced by Paris.
