Sweden's Consumers, together with the magazine Råd & Rön, have ranked all the municipalities in the country in terms of consumer guidance, budget and debt advice, food control and how easy it is to get cash.

Varberg ends up at the top in Halland with 73 points out of 100 possible, while Hylte receives just under half as many grade points in the survey.

Zero minutes of consumer guidance

What lowers Hylte's rating is the possibility of obtaining cash and that the municipality on average spends zero minutes per inhabitant and year on consumer guidance.

This can be compared with Halmstad and Kungsbacka, where the municipalities spend an average of 2 minutes and 6 seconds per inhabitant and year on consumer guidance.

In terms of the whole country, Gnosjö municipality offers the most consumer guidance in terms of time per inhabitant and year, 12 minutes.
