New Dpcm: what cannot be done until November 24th

25 October 2020 The government has launched the new Dpcm with some corrections with respect to the first hypotheses contained in the drafts circulated yesterday.

The ski lifts, all the fairs, including the international ones, are closed and the dad in high school will be able to reach 100%.

The bars and restaurants will close at 6pm, but the clubs may also remain open on Sundays.

No 'street food' after 6pm and restaurant tables for up to four.

In addition to cinemas, theaters, sports and gyms, there is also a closed shutter for social and cultural centers.

Except for the public and private competitions that until yesterday were included in the crackdown. 

There remains the "recommendation" to leave only for reasons of necessity (but no more reference is made to transfers from one's own municipality) and not to invite friends and relatives home.

The possibility for the Regions to adopt, if they deem it, more restrictive rules has also been confirmed.

Here are all the measures.

No gyms, swimming pools, spas, discos, arcades, betting rooms, bingo halls, casinos.

Shows open to the public in theatrical halls, concert halls, cinemas and in other spaces "also outdoors" are suspended.

Shutters also lowered for social and recreational centers.

The theme parks also close, while the museums, parks and play areas for children remain open but spacing remains mandatory.

It will not be possible to hold festivals and fairs, not even those at national and international level that had been saved by the previous dpcm. 

The activities of the catering services (whose opening can be from 5 onwards) will not be able to have customers from 6pm but will remain open on Sundays, unlike what was originally thought.

The number of people who can sit around the same table goes down from 6 to 4, apart from the cases of larger families (where everyone lives together).

From 6pm onwards, home delivery and takeaway is allowed but food purchased in public places, on the street and in the squares cannot be consumed.

school High schools will adopt a Dad at least 75% which can also become the only mode.

It is also suggested to spread the school hours in the afternoon and in any case the entrance will be starting at 9am. All this to lighten the public transport.

The didactic and educational activity remains in the presence of the first cycle of education, kindergarten, elementary and middle school. 

The rule applies to all of Italy.

They can only be used for the training of professional athletes. 

All others are suspended.

Training for contact sports suspended for non-professional levels;

for non-contact disciplines you can continue to train but outside swimming pools and gyms that will have to close.

With regard to private homes, it is recommended not to receive people other than cohabitants.
