Ajman Human Resources issues a circular to government agencies regarding violators of "Corona" measures

 The Department of Human Resources in Ajman issued a circular to all government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman regarding taking the necessary measures to violate precautionary measures and preventive measures in the framework of preserving the safety and health of all Ajman government employees in line with the efforts and measures taken at the national level, aimed at limiting the spread of the new Corona virus. Covid 19 ".

The department emphasized that government agencies in the emirate of Ajman must oblige all employees to conduct periodic checks for the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19) according to the statements received from government agencies to the Department of Human Resources sent to the National Survey Center in the emirate and according to the examination periodicity established for that, and to control violations related to non-compliance With precautionary measures, procedures and preventive measures, and taking the necessary measures towards administrative accountability;

And the violation and referral of any non-compliant employee to the Administrative Violations Committee of the government entity, whenever any violation of these measures and procedures is attributed to him, and the assessment of the penalty is returned to the Violations Committee, in accordance with the severity of the repeated violation and without prejudice to the rules and procedures established in the Human Resources Law and its executive regulations, and the Human Resources Department will provide the authorities Governmental employees who failed to conduct the checks.

The circular also stipulated that adherence to the precautionary and preventive measures and procedures issued by the concerned authorities is considered from the job duties according to the provision of Article (39) of the Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2017 regarding the issuance of the Human Resources Law in the Ajman government, which stipulates compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the country and The Emirate, and to abide by the directives of his superiors in this regard, and to follow the rules and regulations related to the performance of official duties and to any special job conduct rules applied by the government entity in which he works.

The employee’s violation of public health standards and rules in the work environment and failure to adhere to the precautionary and preventive instructions and procedures issued by the concerned authorities is a violation that requires investigation and disciplinary accountability.

The circular also clarified the violations of non-compliance with the precautionary measures to limit the spread of epidemics that require administrative accountability and include, the employee's handshake with others at work under the precautionary measures, and the gathering of a number of employees or dealers at the workplace without achieving the conditions of social distancing, and not wearing the muzzle at the headquarters Work, the employee’s refusal to conduct a medical examination, and the employee’s failure to adhere to the circulars and evidence issued by the competent authorities in the country regarding the regulation of precautionary measures to limit the spread of epidemics, the employee’s failure to report his health status, and the employee’s entry to the workplace despite his knowledge With the positive result of his examination of the emerging corona virus and concealing the result from the direct manager or the department or his colleagues, in addition to not informing the employee of the work authority of his contact with the “Covid-19” patient, or failure to adhere to the instructions of home quarantine in accordance with the directives of the health authorities upon confirmation of contact, and the direct manager's failure to take The necessary preventive measures and measures if it becomes evident to him that one of his employees has symptoms of "Covid-19" disease, and the direct manager does not commit to
