15 new imported confirmed cases in 31 provinces and 19 new asymptomatic infections

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 15 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on October 24, all imported from abroad. Cases (5 in Shanghai, 3 in Liaoning, 3 in Guangdong, 2 in Shanxi, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Shaanxi); no new deaths; 1 new suspected case, imported from abroad (in Shanghai).

　　On the same day, 15 new cases were cured and discharged, and 886 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

　　There are 254 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases), and 5 suspected cases.

A total of 3228 confirmed cases, a total of 2974 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on October 24, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 265 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), 80,891 cured and discharged cases, and 4,634 deaths. A total of 85,790 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 5 suspected cases.

A total of 850,196 close contacts have been traced, and 7,871 close contacts are still under medical observation.

　　31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 19 new asymptomatic infections (18 imported from abroad); 1 confirmed case (imported from overseas) on the same day; 17 medical observations were lifted on the same day (both all Imported overseas); 405 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (403 imported overseas).

　　A total of 5885 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, there are 5289 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (5041 discharged from hospital, 105 deaths), 46 in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged from hospital), and 550 cases in Taiwan (502 discharged from hospital, 7 deaths).
