“We expect from our allies that instead of making statements about the destruction of our relationship, they will focus on negotiations to find additional reasonable technical measures, alternative to the S-400,” the Turkish Defense Ministry said.
They stressed that the S-400 will be used "independently and without integration into any NATO command and control system."
Earlier, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that the army continues to prepare the S-400 for deployment.
