The introduction of the above two outlines is also one of the measures to achieve this goal.

  According to Li Banghua, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has worked with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments to formulate relevant health care vocational skills training plans, and the training tasks have been divided into various regions.

He emphasized that the training tasks for these 10,000 deans and 100,000 elderly social workers are only the training directly organized and carried out by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs, and does not include relevant training organized and carried out by various localities.
