Earlier, the Governor of the Kurgan Region, Vadim Shumkov, went into self-isolation after contact with colleagues who were sick with COVID-19.

Also earlier, the head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov fell ill with coronavirus, and before that, the governor of the Kostroma region, Sergei Sitnikov, was diagnosed with COVID-19.
