“The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of taking into custody against Sergei Alexandrovich Tsukanov, accused of committing a crime under paragraph“ c ”of Part 5 of Art.
290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Taking a bribe on a large scale”), ”TASS quoted the court as saying.
It is noted that Tsukanov was arrested until December 23, 2020.
Earlier, the Krasnoyarsk Regional Court left unchanged the measure of restraint against the former head of the regional Ministry of Forestry Dimitriy Maslodudov, who is suspected of taking a bribe on an especially large scale.
