He pointed out that a week after this incident, his mother asked him to bring breakfast from a nearby restaurant, and on his way back he saw the accused standing in front of the entrance to the building and pointing to him and he fled from him and entered his apartment, pointing out that his mother asked him after 10 minutes to come down to buy bread, and the accused saw Standing in front of the entrance, he quickly returned inside, and one of the neighbors saw what happened, and asked him about the reason for his fear and his escape, so he told the neighbor the details of what he was exposed to, so the neighbor accompanied him to the apartment of the child who told his father what happened, but the latter did not do anything, pointing to his summoned by the center Police after two days to identify the suspect, who was reported by a neighbor.
For his part, an Asian engineer who lives in the building opposite the child's building said that he was on his way out when he saw the victim hiding behind the wall of his building and tilting his head to watch the accused and fear controlling his features, and when the latter saw him he referred to him to attend, but the child refused to shake his head and ran away.
The witness added: “I caught up with the child and called for him. He stopped and grabbed me in fear. I asked him what was happening. He replied that the accused had harassed him, so I accompanied him to his apartment,” indicating that after half an hour had passed, he saw the accused standing in front of a nearby supermarket, so he took his photo and sent it to his manager in the same area The latter took the initiative to catch him, while a third person called the police to help the three of them arrest the accused, who was convicted by the court that ruled his imprisonment and deportation.
