Patrick Bamford hit a hat trick for Leeds when the team faced football in the English Premier League at Aston Villa late Friday.

Aston Villa lost 0–3 at home in Birmingham.

The team had started the Premier League season in style, winning their previous four games.

After the first half, Bamford's first goal was scored after 55 minutes.

Twenty minutes later, there were three goals in the pile.

- This is a dream come true.

When the third goal came, it was joyful.

I’ll tell my kids more about this, Bamford commented after the game.

Leeds coach Marcelo Bielsa stressed the game was important to the team after Monday’s Wolves defeat.

- We got to the finish line first and we were also a bit lucky that they (Aston Villa) did not succeed in their finish areas,

A hefty win lifted Leeds to third in the league table by 10 points.

It is preceded by Everton, which leads the series with 13 points, and Aston Villa, which has collected 12 points.
