In detail, the lawyer and legal advisor, Ibrahim Al Hosani, told "Emirates Today" that the regulation issued by the competent authorities obliges the owner of the hall to apply precautionary and preventive measures, including that the percentage of invitees does not exceed 50% of the capacity of the hall, and it is mandatory to wear masks.

He explained that these conditions are binding on the owner of the hall, and in the event of violating them by the invitees, the owner of the hall is violated for not applying the preventive conditions, and the invitees are violated for not adhering to the precautionary measures, pointing out that the owner of the hall is obligated to prevent any person from entering the hall above the capacity specified by the competent authorities, Being responsible for the capacity of the invitees, and he must pay attention to the number of guests, and monitor the extent of compliance with the preventive measures inside the hall.

He explained that wedding halls must appoint supervisors and supervisors to monitor the invitees' implementation of legal procedures, so that the invitees bear legal responsibility if they insist on violating the procedures.
