The court concluded that the materials presented by the investigation testify "to the possible involvement of Bobkov in the acts incriminated to him."
Taking into account the possibility of the suspect to hide from the investigation, destroy the available evidence or influence witnesses, the court decided to arrest him for two months, until December 22, 2020.
The court clarified that the criminal case was initiated on the basis of the materials of the FSB Directorate for the Amur Region.
In January 2020, the Blagoveshchensk city court arrested Anton Novikov, the general director of Leo Telecom, which performed contract work at the Vostochny cosmodrome, for two months.
