Many sit on the chamber themselves and write.
To care for loneliness and to get inspiration, the network "Åre authors" was formed in Åre:
- I did not think that there were so many in Åre municipality who sit at home in the chamber and write novels, poems and detective stories, says the author Maud Deckmar.
The network meets once a month
The authors meet and have coffee, talk about texts, write together and give each other feedback:
- It feels good to have a sense of belonging, to come out of the loneliness you can sometimes feel as a writer in the chamber, says Maud.
