Alexander Vinnik was arrested in Greece in 2017 at the request of the United States, where he is accused of creating a cryptocurrency exchange without a license from the American authorities, through which, according to the United States, billions of dollars were laundered.
On January 24, it became known about Vinnik's extradition from Athens to Paris.
